At House of Nué, your satisfaction is important to us. Because we offer carefully selected, authentic skincare products, we maintain high hygiene and quality standards in our return process.
Skincare & Beauty Products
Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. This is to ensure the health and safety of our customers and maintain the integrity of our inventory.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@thehouseofnue.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Accessories & Tools
Select unused accessories (such as headbands, cosmetic pouches, or skincare tools) may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- You must contact us before sending anything back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare and makeup products
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Sale or promotional items
How to Request a Return
Email us at care@thehouseofnue.com within the return window. Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
